Strength
Most often when we think of strength we think of physical aptitude. How much muscle mass someone has stored to exert physical energy. Common images that come to mind might be flexed arms, a six pack, or strong legs. Or you might think of someone lifting weights or some other heavy object. The dictionary defines strength first and foremost as the quality or state of being physically strong. Secondly it defines it as the ability to resist being moved or broken by a force. Final


Leveraging Energy
I’ve done a lot of talking about the act of doing in the last few weeks… setting Goals, making them S.M.A.R.T., stretching beyond your normal limits, designing accountability, etc… As important as those elements are toward becoming the best version of yourself the state which you are living is just as important. I like to think of this as your energy. Similar to the energy that it takes for electricity to power things up, cars to run, we as people carry around and are fueled
