Maintenance
For those of you who know me well you know I live by the motto #StayReady, because as the old adage goes…. When you stay ready you don’t have to get ready. My parents instilled this idea within my sister and I from an early age and it’s something that just stuck. It was their mission in life to make sure that we were always prepared for whatever was to come our way. They knew, as adults, that life was full of challenges and obstacles that could potentially stand in the way of


Designing Accountability

Getting S.M.A.R.T.
We talked about how to simplify your goals last week so I would like to build on that a bit by not only making sure your goals are simple but also S.M.A.R.T. With all you have going on in your life there is no reason you should be working any harder than you have to. If you are anything like me there are seemingly more and more things to get done throughout the day, so how amazing would it be if every ounce of energy you exerted had specific meaning and purpose.
